The Zen of Tea

The art of tea making and drinking is a practice that brings tranquility, relaxation, and a mindful state of Zen to those who partake in it. Its numerous health benefits are well-known and have been utilized for ages. Traditionally, the tea ceremony is conducted as the most esteemed way to welcome and honor guests. This course will feature hands-on sessions, so be ready to engage and immerse yourself in the experience. Please note that space is limited to 12 participants.

* The Techniques of Tea Making

* The Etiquette and Setting of a Tea Ceremony

* The Tasting and Appreciation of Tea

* The Zen of Tea
