Welcome to my fabulous new class! I’m Amanda, the face behind flakescakesandmuffins, where decorating and dressing up baking is my passion.
In this hands-on course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of cake decorating — from making smooth buttercream and rich chocolate ganache to covering cakes with fondant and mastering decorative techniques. Whether you're a total beginner or want to refine your skills, this course will help you bring out your inner kitchen artist.

This course requires the purchase of specific materials, which are not included in the course fee.
An estimate of the cost is difficult to provide, as it depends on the type of projects each student chooses to work on.
A full materials list will be provided at your first session.
You will also need to pre-prepare some materials before class.
