This course will help you gain awareness of your own responses to stress, specifically your thoughts and the feelings and the actions you take as a result. Simple and effective strategies will help you manage each of these responses.
We will practise these together before trying these out between sessions. Finally you will be guided through the development of a plan to take better care of yourself and your decisions in future. This may result in a calmer frame of mind, more balanced emotions and actions which lead to better outcomes.
Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 1-2 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
