Tai Chi for Beginners

Experience the ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi in this beginner-friendly course focused on relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing.

You’ll learn Zhan Zhuang, a foundational standing practice used to build strength and stability, and be guided through the 18 movements of Tai Chi Qigong — gentle, flowing exercises that support both physical and mental health.

Throughout the course, you'll also explore how the principles of Tai Chi can bring greater harmony and calm into your daily life.

No experience needed — just a willingness to move, breathe, and find balance.

Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 1-2 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
